Permission granting

 The area our team was shooting in was an area under construction which was our area's shopping mall called moti bazaar. the place newly went under construction and was perfect for us to shoot. When we first tried to shoot there, they said that we require permission from authorities to shoot, so as the director of the project, went to the head office and they asked me to request via email. i requested them to grant us 2 days to shoot during daytime and one floor of space.

this was their response;

We are pleased to inform you that Bahria Town Phase 1 authorities have granted permission for your team to conduct filming for your project at Moti Bazaar’s ground floor, which is currently under construction.

Please ensure that all necessary safety precautions are followed during the shoot, and that the site remains undisturbed beyond your planned activities. Any structural modifications or extended use beyond the agreed schedule must be communicated in advance for approval.
